7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

• • You are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

• • Important Note: Products that have been used, damaged due to improper installation, short-circuiting, physical misuse, or burnt due to extreme external factors will not be accepted for a return or refund.

6-Months Replacement Warranty & Lifetime Free Repair

We offer extended peace of mind for all Multilec smart electronics:

Component Costs: In case of repair or replacement due to wear and tear (such as a burnt fuse or a damaged socket), the cost of the replacement fuse or socket must be borne by the customer.

6-Months Free Replacement Warranty: If your product experiences any manufacturing or technical fault within the first 6 months, we will replace the faulty unit free of charge.

Lifetime Free Repair: Beyond the warranty period, we offer lifetime repair service without any labor charges.

Note: Return Address is processed once you filled the the return form. To initiate Return just email us at order@multilec.com.pk with details and reason we will provide you the form you to fill and submit via email and your return process will begin you have to return the item within 7 days of the date of return initiation
